Returns & Exchanges

At Merge Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choice. If your new fixtures aren't a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Fixture

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective foam, hardware, and instructions to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
